The process is broken into five simple steps:
- We gather the information, perform an overview/analysis of your current situation and send you an enrollment contract to formally start the process.
- As instructed in the welcome package you provide:
a. Supporting documents (Creditor statements)
b. Completed budget analysis worksheet (which includes your off credit report expenses. Gas, groceries etc.)
c. Handwritten Hardship Letter
- File Audit (qualification). Senior negotiators review your file to be sure you qualify for debt settlement.
- Package & Submit info to Creditor. The negotiator is in direct contact with the creditor(s) and decision makers.
- Execute Settlement Paperwork. You are guided through the process of executing your settlement(s).
