The process is broken into five simple steps:

  1. We gather the information, perform an overview/analysis of your current situation and send you an enrollment contract to formally start the process.
  2. As instructed in the welcome package you provide:
       a. Supporting documents (Creditor statements)
       b. Completed budget analysis worksheet (which includes your off credit report expenses. Gas, groceries etc.)
       c. Handwritten Hardship Letter
  3. File Audit (qualification). Senior negotiators review your file to be sure you qualify for debt settlement.
  4. Package & Submit info to Creditor. The negotiator is in direct contact with the creditor(s) and decision makers.
  5. Execute Settlement Paperwork. You are guided through the process of executing your settlement(s).
